Introduced a more visible digital presence to an established Lincoln Park Bistro.

Chez Moi had been opened for 6 years when I was brought on to increase their digital presence. They had established a dedicated patron base. However, they were looking to expand beyond their current customer reach, and at the same time increase the regularity of their current patrons. I started by redesigning their website and developed their SEO opportunities.
I audited their social media to determine what was working, what wasn’t, and what their competitors were doing better. I also moved their current mailing list, which primarily used plain-text emails, to Mailchimp. Since then I have been able to increase their mailing list by 300%, with an average 30% open rate.
I have now been working on retainer at Chez Moi working on social media coordination, design, photography, and marketing services

I designed the website around the visuals I shot and art directed for the restaurant. I created a simple design that was lifted by the photography. I worked on curating the copy with the restaurant owners.
